We also started the modern apprenticeship scheme in Nelson graduating the first apprentices in the South Island. Bouterays Restaurant, Hopgoods Restaurant, Anchor Bar and Grill and Rutherford Hotel all successfully took on apprentices from Nelson Training Centre.
